Discover ISM Ingredients 2026!

Innovation starts with the ingredient – find the raw materials of tomorrow at ISM Ingredients – the new platform for suppliers of raw materials, ingredients and semi-finished products. Right at the heart of the world’s leading trade fair for confectionery and snacks, ISM, a new format will be created from 2026 that will enrich the entire industry.

What is ISM Ingredients?
From 2026, the previous ‘World of Ingredients’ at ProSweets Cologne will be established in a pioneering new format within ISM. This essential area for the sweets and snacks industry, bundled in its own trade fair, will thus act as a link between ProSweets Cologne and ISM.

An innovative trade fair format
ISM Ingredients offers a unique congress and event format that combines expertise, networking and new impulses. It creates synergies between raw material suppliers and manufacturers to strengthen the entire value chain and develop sustainable solutions for the future.

Focus on raw materials of the future
In view of rising raw material prices and global challenges, ISM Ingredients is putting the Raw Materials & Ingredients segment centre stage. The aim is to make the best and most innovative raw materials available to the sweets and snacks industry and thus sustainably increase the industry’s competitiveness.

At the same time, ProSweets Cologne will continue to exist as an independent trade fair and will focus on machinery, systems, packaging solutions and food safety in future.
